Associate Director, Enterprise Control Testing (ECT)

Opportunity

ECT, aligned under Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO), executes control testing following RBC's Internal Control Management Policy (ICMP). The team partners with business functions to establish procedures, enforce policy, provide oversight, undertake control assurance activities, and report risk and control environment status.

Role Summary

The incumbent serves as Team Lead, delivering the vision and executing the ECT program. Responsibilities include leading analysts, designing training, managing team operations, developing action plans, creating coverage plans, approving work papers, serving as escalation point, building relationships, and ensuring timely, quality control evaluations. The role also supports strategic initiatives, maintains program oversight, participates in process improvement, and provides stakeholder management.
