Associate Director, First Line and Aml Testing (Bogotá)

Purpose

While you will be situated in Colombia, you will contribute to the effective design and execution of the Global Testing program globally; ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are carried out in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. In addition, this role also supports high priority initiatives such as Risk Assessment, Issue Management, and regulatory response for the overall program. The Associate Director will lead and oversee a team of 3-15 Associates as well as coordinate testing with the Director of First Line Testing.
