Associate Director, Fixed Income Trader – iA Global Asset Management The Vice President, Head of Global Trading seeks an experienced Fixed Income Trader to join the Montreal or Quebec City offices. Responsibilities
Monitor and execute timely and reliable transactions in fixed‑income instruments and related derivatives (IRS, X‑CCY, swaptions). Support the trading team with order management and operational processes. Collaborate with the investment management team by sharing market insights. Coordinate with Accounting, Legal, and Operations departments. Develop and maintain relationships with counterparties to ensure optimal liquidity access. Assist in training and mentoring junior traders. Support improvements in trade processes, including pre‑ and post‑trade analytics and transaction cost analysis (TCA). Qualifications
