Associate Director, Project Manager

What is the opportunity?

Program Manager will play an important role in supporting the leadership team by managing and overseeing the execution of the entire book of work, including programs and projects. The individual will ensure alignment with organizational goals, drive operational excellence, and provide robust project management and reporting capabilities. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

• Ensure each program and project consistently complies with RBC’s Project Management Methodology as well as industry best practices.
• Provide consultation, support, and coaching to project teams.
