An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an MRTPI Associate Director to join one of the South East’s most successful planning consultancies.
This role will play a key part in growing the Reading office and strengthening its presence across the Thames Valley. With a strong pipeline of strategic housing projects alongside commercial and employment‑led development, the Associate Director will have responsibility for client management, staff leadership and business development.
The Role
This is a senior appointment requiring both technical credibility and commercial leadership.
Responsibilities
- Leading major residential and mixed‑use planning strategies
- Acting as senior advisor to key developer and investor clients
- Driving business development and winning new work
- Managing and mentoring a team of planners
