Associate Director, Senior CRM Business Systems Analyst

The Associate Director, Sr. CRM Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for managing a 3 year PAR approved CRM Modernization program working alongside the business and development teams to deliver the next best in class Capital Markets CRM Salesforce FSC Application. The new application build will leverage core Agile delivery methodologies with a strong focus on rapid delivery of new functionalities. The role requires a good mix of strong business analysis skills and technical skill set to accurately capture business requirements, lead scrum calls, prepare technical design documentation, and build strong relationships with development teams, business partners & key vendor suppliers. Opportunity to work on a high profile transformation program with an application used by 3000 users across 16 countries.
