 We are searching for an experienced Associate Ecologist - Bat Lead at our Southampton facility. 
 
  Primary Duties and Responsibilities:  
 We're looking for an Ecology Associate to grow, manage and support our ecological team, delivering master planning inputs, ecological appraisals, botanical, BNG and protected species surveys and studies, mitigation design and construction and post-construction supervision and monitoring.
 We’re looking for someone based in Southern England (Southampton, Cambridge, Oxford, Bristol, Plymouth although other locations will be 
 The ideal candidate would be an established ecological consultant (Class 2/3/4 bat licence/specialist harp traps and radio tracking; bat mitigation licenses; designing and implementing bat mitigation plans; bat house with experience working in ecological consultancy and with the following key skills:
