Position Summary
The AMHS (Automated Material Handling System) Associate Engineer is responsible for performing periodic maintenance activities, recovery and troubleshooting of daily machines issues. He/she will assist Engineers on machine improvements and spare parts management, updating/revising of work related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Responsibilities
- Carry out equipment periodic maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance procedure and safety requirement.
- Assist Engineer on machine improvement and parts testing.
- Maintaining/updating SOP, work procedure and training material or report writing.
- Carry out firsthand repair and troubleshoot on machine breakdown to maximized equipment uptime
- Assist in spare parts inventory.
- Actively involve in TPM, perform routine equipment patrol check or inspection on automation system.
