JOB OVERVIEW
As an Associate Engineer you'll be at the heart of the company’s operations, taking on a broad range of responsibilities including:
Leading and managing a team of structural engineering staff, both nationally and internationally
Acting as a key representative for the company at project meetings, site visits, and industry events
Overseeing and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the company
Communicating confidently and effectively with clients, architects, and contractors, building and maintaining strong relationships
Managing workloads for yourself and your team to ensure projects are delivered within tight timescales and budget, while providing expert advice and guidance
