The Associate GC partners closely with the General Counsel to manage legal risk and oversee litigation matters across Cotton Holdings and its affiliated entities. This role is responsible for handling complex legal issues including active litigation management, dispute resolution, contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk mitigation.
The Associate GC collaborates with senior leadership, outside counsel, and internal business units to protect the company’s legal interests while supporting operational and growth objectives.
