Position Summary
Brookfield is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Human Resources, to support the HR function across the Corporate platforms. Working closely with Senior HR Business Partners, this individual will play a key role in delivering high-touch, best-in‑class HR services within a dynamic, performance‑driven environment. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, while ensuring HR best practices and compliance across key HR functions.

- Support the annual performance review process, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in identifying development needs and supporting employee growth initiatives.
