Associate, Institutional Equity Research (Metals & Mining)
What You’ll Be Doing
The Capital Markets arm of CIBC provides corporate, government and institutional clients with innovative solutions to help them raise capital and grow and invest actively throughout North America and key financial centres around the world. As a Research Associate in the Equities team, you will work closely with Research Analysts covering the Metals & Mining sector, develop a depth of knowledge in financial analysis, covered industries and the capital markets, gather and analyze data from primary, secondary and alternative sources, write reports, maintain financial models and databases, and assist in writing thematic reports.
The expected annualized base salary for this role is $100,000, with participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.
