Associate IT Business Analyst
We’re looking for an Associate IT Business Analyst to join our Technology team at MBPS. This role strengthens operational excellence by supporting cost‑savings initiatives and ensuring accurate and timely software and license renewals for the US Segment. By applying strong analytical skills, coordinating closely with vendors and internal teams, and maintaining accurate documentation, this role supports the delivery of reliable, compliant, and cost‑efficient technology services across the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform analytical and repeatable tasks to support Cost Savings initiatives, including preparing monthly billing reports and conducting detailed trend, variance, and root‑cause analyses to inform decision‑making.
Perform user asset validation by reconciling inventory data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy of billing and licensing records.
