Associate Manager, EHS & Security

As a Health and Safety / Security Manager you will support the senior management team for regional operations based in Cluster Fulfilment Centre and the wider business in the identification, management and control of SHEQ related risks.

To provide information, advice, guidance and support to managers on H&S and Environmental legislation and to disseminate EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) best practice throughout the business along with developing EHS awareness material.

To identify any gaps in the Regional Environment , Health and Safety System in all operational sites and support in developing these areas.

You will be a leader who will be driving EHS continuous improvement at all  ZALORA ventures.  To identify weaknesses in safety performance and suggest methods of improvement in order to drive safety performance and cultural change by building safety into associated processes.
