What you'll do
The Associate Manager, Transformation Activation supports the activation of transformation workstreams across Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC), ensuring alignment with enterprise strategic objectives and the timely delivery of outcomes. Working within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), this role partners with business units and initiative owners to drive accountability with initiative owners, disciplined execution, maintain visibility into progress, and escalate when progress is at risk to enable successful outcomes across cross-functional initiatives.
+ Workstream Execution & Coordination: Support the execution of transformation initiatives by tracking timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Work closely with initiative owners and teams to ensure deliverables are progressing on plan, proactively identifying gaps or risks early.
