Role Summary
Responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting mobile data connectivity processes (APN settings, IP allocation, GGSN/PGW interactions) to ensure seamless user experience and efficient network operations.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years in mobile network operations, RAN, core network support, or as a technical analyst.
- Knowledge in APN & Process enhancements.
- Knowledge of IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) and VoLTE/VoNR.
- Certifications in mobile networks or process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python) for automation of data analysis.
