We are a Women's Only Unit, seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) who strive to achieve highly focused care, in a supportive and empowering environment, encompassing women's unique experience focusing on recovery through connection, education and holistic care to join 4A.

 ANUM supports the Nurse Unit Manager in leading and coordinating the nursing team to providing safe, high-quality, and consumer-centred care. You will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, contribute to operational decision-making, and support the effective management of the unit.
