Experience : 9+ years Proven experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Communications, Training, Enablement, or Transformation Programs. Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies. Experience developing and executing change management plans for business or technology transformation initiatives. Demonstrated experience creating communication materials, presentations, training content, and user adoption assets. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences across business and technology functions.
