- Investigate user behaviour through Mixpanel, GA4, BigQuery, and ad‑channel data to spot drop‑offs and growth opportunities.
- Conduct qualitative discovery user interviews, surveys, and competitor audits to turn ambiguous problems into clear product hypotheses.
- Work closely with key stakeholders for relevant business verticals, translate requirements into concise PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; own the backlog in Jira and facilitate sprint planning with engineering and design.
