Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, South Campus. Reporting to Sr Operations Manager, Associate Production Supervisor, this role involves overseeing and directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manages the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and in charge of the line’s success.
- Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency and quality.
- Guides a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and acknowledgment requirements.
