• 10 % - Implement Project Proposals
• 8 % - Review and monitor instructional training plans and programs
• 4 % - Supervised Technology-Based Instructional Materials Development
• 4 % - Supervise Maintenance of Training Facilities
• 4 % - Assess Trainers Performances
• 6 % - Implement Social Marketing and Advocacy Program of the School
• 6 % - Supervise Instructional Delivery
• 5 % - Maintain Professional Competence and Integrity
• 6 % - Interpret and apply TVET Research
• 7 % - Implement and monitor Quality Management System, Plans and programs
• 7 % - Plan and organize work in the Instructional Unit
