WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of hackathons under the guidance of a Program Manager
- Assist in client communication, preparing updates, tracking action items, and coordinating followups
- Help develop project plans, timelines, and task trackers to keep deliverables on schedule
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Outreach, Operations) to ensure smooth event execution
- Monitor project risks and flag potential issues proactively with suggested mitigation approaches
- Assist in budget tracking and ensure activities remain within scope
- Maintain documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and post-event summaries
- Support vendor and partner coordination for event-related services
