Duties:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager (under the direction of the Director, Facilities Management and Development FMD), and collaborating closely with Managers, Planning, Design and Delivery, the Associate Project Manager (APM) works as part of the Capital Planning & Projects Team to plan, design and manage capital development on VIU's campuses. The APM:
Manages a portion of the projects from the capital portfolio (with an approximate combined budget of anywhere from $1-4 million annually), which includes small- to mid-scale capital projects and departmental moves.
