The PWEB Content Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day stability, accuracy, and compliance of the bank's websites, across 5 domains. The candidate will be at the frontline of publishing urgent updates, including crisis communications, regulatory announcements, which has serious business, customer, and reputational impact. The role demands someone highly skilled in web content management and technically proficient, with the resilience to handle long hours, rotational standby duty, and urgent updates during evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The candidate must coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders — business, technology, communications, operations, and compliance — faced with conflicting demands, under extreme time pressure.
