Project Details
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work on a range of construction projects across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

Projects include commercial, mixed-use and development-led schemes, providing full cost management and cost consultancy services from inception through to completion.
Responsibilities and Duties
This is a senior-level quantity surveying and cost management job with both technical and business development responsibilities.

Key duties are expected to include:
Delivering cost consultancy and quantity surveying services on private sector construction projects

Leading projects and managing cost control from early design stages through to final account

Providing accurate cost advice, reporting and commercial guidance to clients

Supporting business development activity, including networking and growing a local client base
