POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure the delivery of strong potential candidate pipelines for all Korn Ferry recruitment service lines through direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization and proactive talent pool development. Achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction. Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior, personal integrity, proactive communication, and relationship building within and across the business.
