Job Description
This Associate Research & Development Technician role is a hands-on, lab-based position supporting prototype, pre-production, and validation testing for advanced enclosure and data center cooling products. The technician works closely with engineers to set up and execute test plans, build and modify test fixtures and prototypes, and adapt to evolving product requirements in a fast-paced R&D environment. The role requires strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude to troubleshoot test setups, equipment, and product behavior, while accurately collecting data and documenting results through clear technical reporting. In addition to supporting new product introduction efforts, the technician helps maintain lab organization, calibration, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient testing operations.
