Associate- Restructuring

Top Tier Scottish law firm are looking to hire an Associate/ Senior Associate to join their highly successful Restructuring and Insolvency team- this role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and hybrid-working is also on offer. Role Profile: The role will involve work on distressed M&A, restructurings, enforcements, insolvencies and advisory work for boards of distressed companies and clients will include corporates, lenders, insolvency practitioners and law firms. You will work closely with clients, lenders, administrators, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions during times of financial distress, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation while protecting client interests. Advise on corporate restructuring, business turnaround strategies, and formal insolvency processes (administration, liquidation, CVAs, schemes of arrangement, etc.).
