Job Description
- Minimum 8 years industry experience with at least 3 years of experience working as Scrum Master on projects executed using Agile Scrum methodology.
- Should have handled a scrum team of at least 7 team members or more.
- A strong team player with the ability to understand team issues and to encourage and enforce strong working ethics within the team.
- The ability to lead and motivate the team to fully adopt Scrum processes
