We are seeking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Tax Associate or Senior Associate (with 3+ years PQE) to support the continued growth and development of our well regarded Corporate Tax team which is ranked in band 3 alongside major national and regional firms by Chambers and Partners and is ranked Tier 2 in the South West by the Legal 500 in 2025. The partners in the team are ranked by Legal 500 as being ‘Leading Partners’.

You will be reporting directly to and working closely with the partners and working in a team that advises on all aspects of corporate and property taxes, together with capital gains tax and VAT. We provide bespoke tax structuring solutions to corporate organisations advising on reorganisations, demergers and group consolidations together with advising on tax efficient investment structures.
