As an Associate you'll be involved in supervising junior colleagues, setting high standards of work and driving efficiency. As you develop commerciality and deeper capability, you will be trusted to run your own client matters as well as assisting on larger, complex ones. You will interact frequently with clients, keeping them (and your colleagues) abreast of work progress and managing their cost expectations.
