Associate Specialist, General Ledger
Overview
The Americas Accounting associate specialist role is a position within the Americas Controller organization. The role works closely with other members of the Finance organization, especially members of the FP&A, Corporate Tax, Corporate Accounting and Regional Shared Service teams. The Associate will perform month end close steps associated with holding entities within the Corporate business line.
Responsibilities
Perform all related related journal entries, financial flux, key judgments, internal controls, and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for holding entities within the Corporate business line.
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to be reviewed by Supervisor.
Identify and cultivate productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
Prepare key ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by senior leadership.
