REQUIREMENTS: Total experience 4+ years Hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, including Talent and Performance. Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting capabilities. Experience in functional solutioning, gathering business requirements, and translating them into Workday configurations. Experience in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, or Integration Testing.
