The Associate Strategy & Growth plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion and strategic initiatives across the assigned discipline or practice. This role combines analytical rigor with business acumen to identify growth opportunities, support strategic planning and lead complex bid and proposal efforts, mentor the bid team, and ensure the quality, compliance, and competitiveness of submissions.
