Associate Technical Supervisor – Backend
Netflix Animation Studios invites talented professionals to support the technical vision of an animated feature film. The role partners closely with the Technical Supervisor, Solutions Engineering, and creative leadership to shape and evolve pipeline tools and workflows that meet the show’s unique creative and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish technical direction and support for the later stages of the production pipeline including Lighting, Rendering, Compositing, Imaging, Final Output/Delivery, and Simulation/FX.
- Provide day‑to‑day technical oversight, troubleshooting, and tool development for pipeline stages.
- Collaborate with Department TDs to ensure that technical processes, tools, and workflows run smoothly and meet creative and technical requirements.
