Associate Trainer (Cybersecurity & Programming)

We are seeking a dynamic and industry-experienced WSQ Associate/Full-time Trainer to deliver high-impact training in Cybersecurity and Programming (Python/Java). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical theory and real-world application, helping adult learners upskill or transition into the tech sector.

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging WSQ-standard training sessions for modules relating to Cybersecurity, Network Security, Python Programming Foundations, and Software Design.
• Assessment & Competency: Administer competency-based assessments (written, practical, and oral questioning) in accordance with SSG's assessment integrity guidelines.
• Curriculum Contextualization: Tailor training materials and lab environments to reflect current Singapore industry trends, such as PDPA compliance and local cybersecurity threat landscapes.
