We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Transaction Advisory Services team as an Associate, with a focus on Financial Due Diligence.


Responsibilities


As an Associate in Transaction Advisory, you will play a crucial role in supporting buy- and sell-side engagements for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessment: Assess the Company’s quality of financial reporting, accounting policies and management reporting environment.
