Job OverviewBorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is seeking a dynamic, results‐driven Assy Process Engineer to provide technical support in quality and manufacturing engineering for production areas and product launch activities.
The role focuses on maintaining and improving manufacturing processes in accordance with safety, quality, productivity, cost, and environmental/energy standards.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement improvements with manufacturing teams to reduce product cost, enhance quality, and maximize customer satisfaction.Ensure maximum safety, quality, capacity, and utilization of manufacturing/processing equipment and special processes within the assigned area.Continuously research and implement best practice manufacturing and processing methods.Drive the introduction of new products and modifications to existing ones, coordinating with purchasing, suppliers, and engineering to define specifications and evaluate products.Plan workforce utilization, space requireme...
