Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC) – Part Time Position Type : Temporary Staff (ST – SHRA Temp Hourly). Hours vary based on sport club competitions. Start Date : Early August 2025. Position Summary The Athletic Trainer is the primary responder responsible for providing care for routine and emergent injuries sustained during Club Sports events. Playing a vital role in the department's emergency action plan, the AT works with the Competitive Sports Staff to ensure club participants, spectators, and visitors are afforded a reasonably safe participation environment. Task & Supervision The AT reports directly to the Assistant Director of Competitive Sports and may receive additional direction from the Competitive Sports Leadership Team and the supervising physician. Responsibilities include immediate care, determining fitness to return to play, and monitoring environmental factors that may impact safety.
