Attending Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem)

For over 125 years, Calvary Hospital and Calvary @Home located in the Bronx, New York has been dedicated to the palliative care of advanced cancer and other terminally ill patients and their families. The hospice receives patients from referring institutions throughout New York City and the entire tristate area. Requirements: To assume continuous duties of patient care as assigned by the Calvary Hospital Medical Director.
