KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 
Responsible for managing residential mortgage applications from lodgement to settlement 
Supporting brokers through document collection, compliance, lender communication, and settlement coordination using ApplyOnline, Australian lender portals, and mortgage CRMs. 
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:  
AU Mortgage Processing experience 
End-to-end mortgage loan processing 
Experience with CRM systems (Infinity or MyCRM preferred, but any CRM is acceptable) 
Experience using lender portals 
Serviceability assessment 
Valuation ordering 
Work Setup:  Full onsite for the first 6 months, hybrid eventually 
Work Schedule:  Day Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) 
Locations:  BGC
