Audio / Visual Lead

Headline Inc. is hiring an experienced Production Manager / AV Lead to oversee our audio, video, and lighting operations. This is a senior-level, hands-on role responsible for the technical execution of concerts, large-scale outdoor festivals, corporate events, and branded activations.

We are looking for a disciplined production leader with strong technical depth, excellent crew management skills, and a clear understanding of professional AV standards. The right candidate is equally comfortable designing a system in advance as they are leading a crew through a complex show day.
