Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying risk and audit focus.
- Help in customization of audit program.
- Execute audit procedures.
- Draft audit reports and prepare working papers to ensure that adequate documentation exists to support the completed audit and conclusions.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years financial, operational, compliance audit experience, preferably in real estate industry.
- CPA, CIA is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in audit methodologies and procedures.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and report writing skills.
- Adept in the use of MS Suite Application (e.g word, excel, power point).
- Preferably knowledgeable in the use of Audit Command Language (ACL).
- Willing to work on-site at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
