Auditor, Airport Operations Quality Assurance

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Standards and Quality Assurance, this role is pivotal in maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards across all aspects of airport operations. By conducting thorough audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, the Quality Assurance Auditor plays a crucial role in upholding the integrity and reliability of Porter’s systems and services.

This will involve evaluating, planning, and executing quality assurance audits of airport processes and procedures; working with multiple departments to evaluate and implement improvements in airport business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs; and working with multiple departments to track and execute safety investigations and the completion of corrective actions assigned to Airport Operations.
