Job/Position Summary
Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience in initiating and executing the projects in Agile. Ensures rules of Scrum are correctly interpreted and Plans Sprints or iterations. Facilitates daily Scrum meetings and removes any impediments to the tasks to be carried out in the Scrum teams. Engages required stakeholders in Scrum development discussions and meetings to build consensus and facilitate development of the product. Experience in delivering the projects in onshore/offshore model. Should work closely with required internal & external stakeholders, teams and customers to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customer. Coach Agile scrum teams in self-organization and continuous improvement.
