Automation & AI Developer (Remote)  Location:  Remote
Type:  Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Hours:  Must overlap with US Pacific Time 
Role Overview  We are hiring an Automation & AI Developer to design and build AI-powered systems that improve business operations. 
This role combines technical execution with strategic thinking. You will assess workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build scalable solutions using AI tools and automation platforms. You'll also create clear documentation and enable non-technical teams to operate systems independently. 
This is a client-facing role requiring both strong technical ability and the ability to communicate solutions clearly. 
Key Responsibilities  AI Strategy & Solution Design  
Analyze business operations and identify automation opportunities 
Define clear automation hypotheses and expected outcomes
