Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Automation & RPA Engineer to help transform and automate internal processes across our European IT organization.
This role focuses on process optimization, automation delivery, and future AI enablement.
No prior experience in pharma or laboratory systems is required — we are looking for a smart, curious profile with strong automation mindset and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processes;
Develop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerShell);
Automate repetitive activities such as: Reporting & KPIs; Data handling & reconciliation; IT support processes;
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions;
