Job Description

As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:

  • Answering customers inquires
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
  • Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers

About you

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Customer Service Specialist has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as:

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Fluent level of English
