Automotive Mechanic

Drake International is hiring an Automotive Mechanic for a client in the Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia area. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Mechanic to join our client's growing team. What we offer: 

Location: Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia area 

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Type: Permanent Fulltime

Pay Rate: $32/hour to $45/hour depending on experience and education, RRSP + healthcare benefits after 3 months. 

What You’ll Do: 

Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical issues in vehicles or equipment.

Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems (brakes, engines, transmissions).

Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, fluid checks, lubrication, tire service, tune-ups.

Test repaired equipment for proper function and performance.

Maintain detailed records of repairs, work orders, and inventory.
