Overview
Gi group are working with McLaren Automotive to add an experienced automotive paint sprayer t to the paint shop team. This role is an initial fixed term contract for 3 months.
Working Monday to Friday 5:30am - 2:15pm with potential overtime on weekends.
Pay Rates
- £19.47 per hour Monday to Friday
- £29.21 per hour after 40 hours and Saturdays
- £38.94 per hour Sundays and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Understand practical problem-solving methods and rework instructions.
- Escalate any issues found within the built-in quality stations and rectify to process standard.
- Ensure 5s within your work area in line with McLaren expectations.
- Maintain standards set such as, using the uniform/ clothing provided.
- Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
